Papadi chaat

Ingredients

potatoes 3 large cut into small pieces
onion  1 large finely chopped
mustard seeds  1 tsp
green chillies chopped  4-5
coconut grated  1 tbsp
coriander leaves  1 tsp
chilli pdr.  1 tsp
turmeric pdr.  1/2 tsp
pomegranate seeds  2 tbsp
10-15 papdis
sweet chutney for garnishing
oil
salt to taste

Method

heat 1 tbsp oil, add mustard seeds, when it crackles, add onion, saute for 2-3 minutes
add chillies, saute for a minute
add potatoes, turmeric, chilli pdr. salt, stir on high flame for a minute
lower the flame, cover and cook till done stirring in between well
add grated coconut, coriander leaves, last add pomegranate seeds, mix well
remove, cool
to serve, top the potato mixture on each papdi, garnish with sweet chutney and serve at once
