Sprouts Bhel

Ingredients

mixed sprouts ( soaked, boiled and drained )  1 cup
thick puffed rice  2 cups
potatoes boiled and chopped 2 tbsp
green chillies finely chopped  1 tsp
raw mangoes finely chopped  2 tsp
tomatoes chopped   2 tsp
cucumber chopped  3 tsp
coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp reserve some for garnishing
chaat masala 1/2 tsp for garnishing
salt to taste

Method

in a big bowl, combine all the ingredients well
sprinkle chaat masala and dhania, serve at once
those who like, can add some sweet chutney and green chutney also
a very healthy bhel, no need to worry about calories
