Carrot cake

Ingredients

12 ounces/ 340 gm  carrot baby food
1/2 cup /1 stick butter, melted
eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Method  
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the carrots and butter; mix well. Add the remaining ingredients; mix until well blended, then pour into the baking dish. 
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
