Carrot Salad

Ingredients
carrots, peeled, coarsely grated
8-ounce/ 225 gm can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 cup chopped nuts
2 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
Method
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl; toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
