coriander seeds 1 tsp
methi seeds 1 tsp
chilli flakes 1 tsp
saunf 1 tsp
crush all these coarsely and keep in a bowl
heat 3 tbsp oil, add the crushed masala, fry well for 2 minutes
add 300 gm or 1 big cup cut raw mango pieces, fry for 2-3 minutes
add salt 2 tsp or to taste, sugar pdr. 2 tsp, lime juice 2 tsp, chilli pdr. 2 tsp mix well
add 200 gm seedless grapes, chilli pdr. 2 tsp more, mix well
remove, cool
serve with roti/ bread/ rice
