Ingredients
cucumber cut into rounds 200 gm( soak in water and drain while cooking)
oil 3 tbsp
hing 1/4 tsp
haldi pdr. 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
jeera pdr. 1 tsp
chilli pdr. 3/4 tsp
water as needed
besan 1/2 cup
Method
in a heavy pan, heat oil, add hing, haldi, fry for a minute, add drained cucumber, salt, jeera pdr, chilli pdr. mix well, add 3-4 tbsp of water, mix well, cover and cook on low flame till cucumber gets transparent. then sprinkle besan carefully all over, DO NOT STIR IT, cover and cook till a nice aroma comes in low flame. stir well, add 3-4 tsp of water, mix well, cook till dry
serve hot with roti/ rice and dal.
