Coleslaw

Ingredients 
1/2 cups shredded cabbage
3/4 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup finely diced celery
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
2 tsp jarred horseradish
2 packets Sugar substitute
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp celery seed
Method  
In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, celery, and onion.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon pepper seasoning, horseradish, Sugar substitute, vinegar, and celery seed. Add to cabbage mixture; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
