karela kadhi

Ingredients

oil  1 tsp
karela boiled in buttermilk  2
hing little
haldi  1/4 tsp
jeera  1 tsp
curd  200 gm
water  200 gm appro.
besan  3 tsp
curry leaves
chilli-ginger-garlic paste  2 tsp
salt to paste

beat well, curd, water, besan and keep aside
heat oil in a pan, add jeera, once it crackles, add hing, curry leaves, saute for a minute
add haldi, karela, chilli-ginger-garlic paste, saute for 2-3 minutes
add the curd mixture, mix well, along with salt, cook till it boils for 2-3 minutes on low flame
remove, garnish with some finely chopped dhania
serve hot with rice
