guar/ cluster beans kofta



Ingredients
for koftas
guar  200 gm cooked for 1 whistle
potatoes  2 cooked and mashed
besan  3/4 cup
ajwain  1 tsp
saunf  1 tsp
garam masala pdr.  1 tsp
til/ sesame seeds  1 tsp
kaskas/ poppy seeds  1 tsp
salt to taste
haldi  1/4 tsp
chilli pdr.  1 tsp
mix all well, deep fry as small koftas, drain and keep aside

for gravy
oil  2 tbsp
jeera   1/2 tsp
hing little
cream  1 1/2 tsp
onion 2 finely chopped
tomatoes 2 pureed
chilli pdr. and salt to taste
haldi  1/2 tsp
garam masala  1/2 tsp
water as needed

in a pan, heat oil, add jeera, once it crackles, add hing, haldi fry for few seconds
add onion, fry till light pink, add tomato puree, cook adding chilli pdr., garam masala pdr. and salt to taste for 3-4 minutes on low flame, add water, let it simmer for 4-5 minutes
add koftas, simmer for 2 minutes, garnish with chopped dhania, and cream, serve hot with rice/ roti
