Rajma/ Kidney beans soya papdi chaat

Ingredients

rajma soaked overnight and pressure cooked, drained  1 cup
soya nuggets, soaked in hot water, drained and squeezed well  1/2 cup
chilli-ginger-garlic paste  1 1/2 tbsp
coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
salt to taste
papdis as needed to serve
lime juice to taste
oil 1 1/2 tbsp

Method
in a pan heat oil, add the chilli-ginger-garlic paste, fry well'
add soya nuggets, rajma and salt, mix well
cook on low flame for 5 minutes stirring often
add coriander leaves 1 tbsp, mix well
remove, add lime juice, mix well
on each papdi, put some rajma mixture, coriander leaves, chana masala, serve at once.
