Spiced Pancake With Potato slices

Ingredients

for topping
3 half boiled potatoes cut into 1/2"thick rounds
put potatoes in a bowl, add 1/2 tsp each pepper pdr., chilli pdr., salt, oil mix well, keep aside for 10- 15 minutes to marinate

for batter
maida  1 cup
salt  1/2 tsp
jeera 1 tsp
chilli-ginger-garlic paste  1 tsp
baking soda a pinch
ghee 1/2 tsp
mix all well, add water to make a thick batter
heat a tawa, grease it, make small round pancakes, about the size of the sliced potatoes
put some oil, place a slice of potato on each press well, once the bottom is well cooked, turn over, add some oil, cook till bottom is also light brown or crisp if you prefer.

for chutney
grind peeled 250 gm raw mango chopped, salt to taste, yellow mustard seeds 2 tbsp, chillies/ chilli pdr. to taste and 2-3 tbsp oil to a fine paste
serve with hot pancakes.
