dahi puri

ingredients

pani puris  20
potatoes boiled  1/2 cup cut into small pieces
moong sprouts  1/2 cup
tamarind chutney  1/2 cup
thick curd   1 1/2 cups
sugar  1/2  tsp
coriander leaves  2 tbsp
red chilli pdr.  1 tsp
roasted jeera pdr.  2 tsp
salt to taste
thin sev and chaat masala for garnishing
black salt a pinch

Method
arrange puris on a serving plate, crack a small hole in the centre of each puri
add salt, black salt, sugar to the curd, mix well
fill puris with moong sprouts, potatoes, tamarind chutney, top with curd
sprinkle chilli pdr, cumin pdr., coriander leaves
garnish with fine sev and chaat masala
serve at once or it will get soggy and break
