banana ( not too ripe) 1 cut into pieces
walnuts chopped 1/4 cup
castor sugar 15-20 gm
fresh cream 1 tbsp
butter 1/2 tsp
butterscotch caramel 2 tbsp
whipped cream 30 gm
heat a pan, spread well the castor sugar, as then it will caramelise quickly and evenly
once it turns golden, add cream, mix well, add butter, remove
add chopped banana pieces, mix well, keep aside
in a bowl, add whipped cream, add butterscotch caramel, walnuts 1 tbsp, mix lightly
to serve in a shot glass, add 2 tbsp of caramelised banana, top with whipped cream, spread some butterscotch pieces, chocolate vermicelli, walnuts
chill for 30 minutes in the fridge and serve cold
