HEALTHY DRINK

INGREDIENTS

spinach leaves  10
cucumber    6" cut into pieces with skin
lettuce leaves  2
fresh coriander leaves  handful
lime juice of 1/2 lime
lime rind  1/2 tsp
salt  to taste
pepper pdr. (optional)
avocado  1/2

METHOD

in a mixie jar, add spinach leaves roughly chopped, cucumber, lettuce leaves roughly cut, coriander leaves chopped rough, lime juice, salt, little water, grind, once smooth, add chopped avocado, again run the mixie till you get a smooth paste.
add water as thick as you want, add lime rind, serve at once.
this is a very healthy drink full of vitamins, antioxidants, iron.
