INGREDIENTS
onion 4 roughly chopped
tomatoes 6 roughly chopped
ginger- garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
green 1-2 chilli chopped
cashews 2/3 cup
almonds 1/3 cup
raisins 1/3 cup
capsicum 1/2 diced
paneer 2 cups cubed
Garam Masala

saunf/ fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
cloves 4
ghee 2 tbsp+ 1tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

METHOD
Take ghee in a Kadai. add the garam masalas, saute for a minute.
Add green chillies, Onion and Ginger-Garlic paste. Saute until onion is transparent.
Add the Cashews, almonds, raisins. saute until cashews start to brown.
Add the tomato, salt, turmeric powder. cook until oil separates.
Get it off from the flames and Let it cool.
Grind to paste.
Take a tsp of ghee, add capsicum and saute till soft.
Add the cubed paneer, saute for a minute.
Add the masala paste, water for consistency.
Let it come to boil. Simmer for five minutes.
garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves
serve hot with rice/ pulao/ roti/ bread !
