Raw Banana And Peanuts fried

INGREDIENTS

raw bananas  2 big cut into small pieces after peeling
peanuts lightly roasted & skin removed   50 gm or more if you like
onion  1 big cut long
red chilli pdr.  1 tsp or to taste
salt to taste
oil  2-3 tbsp
mustard seeds  1 tsp
curry leaves 1 sprig finely chopped
turmeric pdr.  1/2 tsp

METHOD

heat oil in a heavy pan, add mustard seeds, once it crackles, curry leaves, saute for a 30 seconds, then add banana pieces, keep stirring to cook.
add turmeric pdr., salt to taste, you may cover, keep on sim, to cook well for 2 minutes.
add chilli pdr. stir well for 2 minutes
add peanuts, mix well, for another 2 minutes again, so the masalas get mixed well.
serve hot with rice or roti/ bread.
