EGGLESS EASY COCONUT MACAROONS

INGREDIENTS

all purpose flour/ maida   80 gm
dry coconut grated     110 gm
condensed milk    85 gm
salt 1/4 tsp
baking pdr.    1/2 tsp
cardamom pdr.  1/2 tsp
milk little if needed
butter to grease the baking tray

METHOD

mix flour, coconut, salt, baking pdr., cardamom well, add condensed milk , mix well with your hand, if it is too dry, add little milk, the mixture should not be like a pliable dough, not too sticky.
in a greased plate, with your fingers lightly drop about a 1 tbsp. of the mixture, it need not be rolled.
bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg. C, for 10-15 minutes, or till it gets golden brown.
