CHEESE SAMOSAS

INGREDIENTS
For the Filling
potatoes boiled and smashed    1/2 cup
cheese grated  1/4 cup
onion    2-3 tbsp finely chopped
salt to taste
green chillies finely chopped to taste
spice pdr. to taste

For the covering
all purpose  flour 1 cup
hot oil 2 tsp
salt 1/8 tsp
water to make soft dough

oil to fry

METHOD
mix all the filling ingredients together.
roll out the dough into 1/2 cm roti or round shape. cut the sides, so, you get a square
cut the square into 4 parts ( the cut pieces can be rolled again with rest of the dough)
put the filling about 2 tsp. in the centre of each smaller square, fold into a triangle.
seal it well. to get design in the edges, press lightly with fork, this will also seal it further.
fry in hot oil till golden.
serve hot with hummus of with ketchup or chutney, whatever is your choice.
