ORANGE MARMALADE

INGREDIENTS

oranges   1 kg
sugar   1 kg
lemons   2

METHOD

peel the oranges, remove the pith, the inner skin etc & keep the pulp.
shred 1/2 of the total peel & boil it in water, strain. repeat it 3 times.
add this peel to the pulp & boil with sugar.
when it is ready, add lemon juice, cool.
store in a sterilised jar.
