Ingredients
Water - 3.5 fl oz.
Egg - 1
Bread - 1 slice
Unsalted butter - 1 tbsp.
White vinegar - 1 tsp.
Method of preparing the Egg and Toast in a Mug:
Boil the kettle.
In a small bowl, break the egg.
Toast the bread and spread thinly with butter.
Cut this into squares of 2 inches (5 cm).
Fill the cup with the boiling water, one-third full.
Add the vinegar and the egg.
With the tip of a sharp knife, prick the egg yolk.
Place the cup in the microwave for 30 seconds on high.
Remove the cup and gently turn the egg over.
Microwave for another 10 seconds.
Mix the egg and toast on a plate.
