Ingredients
potatoes 2 big- boiled,peeled and grated
add green chilies finely chopped to taste
red chili flakes to taste
salt to taste
coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
ajwain 1/4 tsp
maida/ atta 2-3 tbsp as need to form a dough
oil little to make dough and cook
Preparations
add the grated potatoes, and the other ingredients, knead well to form a soft dough using maida/ atta. rest covered for 15 minutes.
take a big ball of dough, roll well, dust some flour on the board, roll into thin roti
heat a tawa, cook the roti on both sides till brown spots appear
you may spread some oil/ ghee to cook
these rotis will be super soft and tasty, serve with some chutney, salad and raita to complete the meal.
