saffron few strands
nuts and raisins as desired
Preparations
In a heavy pan, heat ghee, fry nuts and raisins till golden, drain and keep aside in a cup
in the same pan, add the mashed potatoes, keep frying till the potatoes turn colour.
add milk, keep stirring till the milk is absorbed.
add sugar and saffron, mix well, continue cooking on low heat till sugar is well absorbed
mix part of the nuts and raisins along with cardamom pdr well,
serve garnished with remaining nuts n raisins.
This is also prepared as an offering to Gods on festive days.
