Creamy sweet potato dip

 Creamy Sweet Potato Dip 

Ingredients: 
Bread - 1 loaf (or any snack you'd like to dip) 
 
Sweet potato - 1 (roasted and mashed) 
 
Greek Yogurt - 5 oz. 
 
Honey - 2 tbsp. 
 
Chili powder - 1/4 tsp. 
 
Salt - 1/2 tsp. 
 
Garlic - 2 cloves (minced) 

 
Preparations
  
If you're using bread slices to dip, preheat oven to 350°F. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until crisp. 
 
Remove from the oven and turn up the heat to 400°F. 
 
Wrap the potato in foil and roast 85 minutes. 
 
Once cooled down, scrape out its flesh into a bowl, mix with the yogurt, honey, chili powder and salt, stirring with a fork until smooth. Serve alongside the bread
