Preparations
in a pan heat 2 tsp oil and splutter 1 tsp cumin.
Keeping
the flame on low, add turmeric, chili, cumin , coriander, and garam masala powders.
Saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic.
Add cabbage and saute well.
Now a salt and saute until the cabbage is cooked well. Keep aside.
In a large bowl take wheat flour, and besan.
Add in prepared cabbage masala, sesame seeds and coriander leaves
Mix well making sure all the spices are well combined.
add curd and knead to a smooth dough adding water as needed.
Grease oil, cover, and rest for 20 minutes.
Knead the dough again and pinch a ball-sized dough.
Dust with wheat four and roll to as thin as possible. Roll all the paratha as it will not take much time to cook.
Now cook the roti on a hot tawa.
Flip over and cook both sides spreading ghee.
Serve Cabbage Paratha with raita or chutney, pickle.
