Ingredients
Unsalted butter - 3 1/2 tbsp. (melted)
Milk chocolate chips - 1 1/2 oz / 45 ml
Graham cracker crumbs - 2-3 tbsp. (crumbs)
Egg - 1
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp.
All-Purpose flour - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1/8 tsp.
Salt - a pinch
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp.
Marshmallows - for topping (or marshmallow cream)
Method of preparing the Cake:
In a small bowl combine 3 tbsp butter and 1 oz of chocolate.
Melt this in the microwave for 30 seconds and set it aside.
In a separate bowl combine the remaining 1/2 tbsp butter with graham
cracker crumbs, stirring until the mixture is moistened.
Press this into the bottom of your mug.
In another bowl whisk the egg, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour in the flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa, stirring until
you have a thicker batter.
Combine the melted butter and chocolate from step 1.
Add the
remaining 1/2 oz chocolate chips.
Pour half the mixture over the graham cracker crust and add a few
marshmallows.
Pour the remaining batter over.
Microwave for 1 and half minutes.
Top with additional marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
