Ingredients:
Round buttery crackers / Monaco
Olive oil
Italian seasoning Or season of your choice
Chili flakes
Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Prepare the crackers: Place the buttery crackers in a large sealable bag.
Season the crackers: Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, and grated Parmesan cheese to the bag.
Coat the crackers: Seal the bag and shake until all the crackers are evenly coated with the mixture.
Arrange on a tray: Spread the coated crackers onto a cookie tray in a single layer.
Broil: Place
the tray under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, monitoring closely. Remove
the crackers as soon as they are toasted and the cheese begins to melt.
Transfer the crackers to a platter and serve.
