Cheesy Veg.Cones Using With Left Over Roti

Ingredients

Oil 1.5 tsp
Onions chopped 1 cup
Bell peppers (red, green & yellow)1cup
Carrots chopped 1/4 cup
Cabbage chopped 1/3cup
French beans 1/2cup
Spring onions 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 3/4 tsp
Chili flakes 1tsp
Paneer 50 gm
Cheese grated 2 cubes
Maida 2 or 3 tbsp
Water
Salt to taste
4 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp sev
Oil for frying

Preparations
 
1.Heat the Oil.When heated add onions & saute it for 1 min.
2.Then add bell peppers, carrots, french beans & cabbage.Saute it for 1 min.Mix it well.
3.Than add black pepper powder, chili flakes & salt to taste.Mix it well.Allow the mixture to cool.
4.Take maida in bowl & add water accordingly required to make flour paste.Add little salt to taste.
5.Than add paneer & cheese to cooled mixture. Mix it well.
6.Than cut roti into half.
7.Apply flour paste to 1 end of roti. Make a cone & fill the cone with the mixture.Press the mixture soflty.
8.Heat oil for frying.
9.Than dip the upper part of cone in flour paste & deep fry the filled cones till golden brown.
10.Remove from oil & again dip the upper part of fried cone in tomato sauce & decorate with sev on top.
Chessy Veg.Cones r ready to serve.
