Ingredients
Cottage cheese 1 cup
Cheddar/ mozzarella shredded cheese ½ cup
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Garlic pdr ½ tsp
Onion pdr ½ tsp
Chili pdr ½ tsp or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparations
Preheat oven to 375 deg/ F/ 190 C with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Spoon the mixture in small, evenly spaced mounds into the prepared baking sheet.
Flatten each mound with a spoon or your finger to form small circles.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy around the edges.
Let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy you crunchy protein-packed snack !
