
This seasoning mix can work for almost any
kind of dish whether it’s a salad, fish, or chicken. Preparation is very
simple, and the ingredients are 100% natural.
Ingredients:
Zest from 5 lemons
⅓ cup black pepper (whole)
¼ cup salt (optional)
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the zest and black pepper.
2. Line an oven tray with a baking sheet and spread the mix on top of it.
3. Bake the mixture for about an hour at
150°C (300°F), until the zest is completely dry. To make certain that
the whole tray bakes evenly, remove it from the oven after 30 minutes
and give it a shake, and then place it back in the oven.
4. Grind the pepper-zest mix in a food processor or a coffee grinder

5. Once the mixture is ready, you can add salt if you wish.
