Ingredients
4 slices of bread
1/2 cup soaked Poha
1/2 cup suji
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup coriander leaves or spinach, chopped OR onion finely chopped
7-8 curry leaves, chopped
4 spicy green chilies, finely chopped
1/4 tsp hing
Salt to taste
oil for frying
Method
In a mixer jar, break bread slices, add washed and drained poha, suji, little water to make a thick batter like for vada
Remove the batter in a big bowl, add salt, hing, curry leaves, coriander / spinach/ onion, green chilies mix well.
Heat oil, when oil is medium hot
Wet your hands, take little batter, flatten it, if desired make a small depression like in Madhu vadai, if not just flattened vadai, serve it hot with coconut/ coriander chutney.
