Ingredients
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Curd
1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
A pinch of Baking Soda
1 tsp Black Sesame seeds
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Oil
How to Make Kulcha Naan
Prepare
the dough in a large container by adding all purpose flour, sugar,
salt, baking soda, baking powder, curd and oil. Keep it aside for 2 hours.
Now
take the dough, divide it into equal parts. Roll each portion into a circle and sprinkle sesame seeds and coriander on top of it.
Now roll the kulcha and place it on a non stick pan.
Cook the kulcha until both sides turn crispy and golden brown.
Serve it with chole, mint chutney and onion rings.
