Ingredients
1 medium frozen banana, broken into chunks
½ cup oat milk
¼ cup rolled or quick oats
¼ cup vanilla yogurt, preferably full-fat
2 tsp. brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
½ cup ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately with a mint leaf.
