INGREDIENTS
2 cups suji
1 ¼ cup curd
1 ½ cups water
2 tsp Eno fruit salt
Salt to taste
Idli milagai podi 2 tsp
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chana dal
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
8-10 curry leaves finely chopped
Red chili pdr to taste OR green chilies finely chopped to taste
METHOD
In a big pot add suji, curd, water and mix well
Heat oil in a small kadai, add mustard seeds, once it crackles add the dals, green chili, curry leaves and mix well.
Add tempering and milagai podi to the batter, mix well, let it rest for 10 minutes.
Add Eno fruit salt and mix the batter well.
Grease idli mould, add the batter and steam for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
