PREPARATIONS
Soak the agar agar in a cup of water and
keep it aside for about 30 minutes or so. After this boil the mix and
allow it to completely dissolve, then set it aside to cool.
The next step is to heat the coconut
water on a low flame and add the sugar to it. Dissolve gently so that it
dissolves completely. Now add the strands of saffron and mix gently.
Add the agar agar mix to this and stir once again.
Pour into a mould or any regular flat
serving vessel and allow it to cool. Refrigerate until it is perfectly
set. You can now unmould the panna cotta, cut smaller cubes and serve
chilled.
