Ingredients
1 Cup Wheat flour
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped/ grated
2 tbsp Oil
5-6 garlic pods chopped fine
3 green chilies finely chopped
Salt to taste
How to Make Tandoori Garlic Naan
Add the wheat flour, salt, oil and knead the dough with water.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
In a small katori / cup , add butter and heat it on low flame. To this add ginger, chilies and chopped garlic.
Take one part of your dough and roll it out.
Add the butter mixture on your roti and make sure to cover the entire base.
Close and roll the roti once again.

Then on a hot pan or tawa cook the tandoori garlic roti on both sides till light brown.
Serve with your favourite main curry dish and enjoy!
