Coconut water, you all know that when gets dehydrated, coconut water is given as it has all basic nutrients one needs. It is the best unadulterated natural water, sweet to drink and cooling too. When mixed with watermelon, the nutritious value of the drink doubles. Either use coconut water or coconut milk.
Freeze the melon pieces overnight ( optional). 1 bowl
coconut water 1 glass/ coconut milk 1 glass
little sugar optional
sea salt little
lemon juice 1 tbsp or 1/2 lemon
Just blend all, serve garnish with mint leaf and tender coconut piece.
