The recipes posted here are very simple, with no hard & fast rule, as I love to cook a variety but with ease. My dishes are such that it is nutritious & easy to cook. Whole Wheat Potato Waffles

METHOD
In a mixing bowl, add the flour, maida,
grated potato, sugar, salt, green chilies/ pepper pdr and egg along with yoghurt, mix
everything well.
Gently pour milk to get a smooth batter-like consistency. Optionally add cheese.
Heat the waffle maker and grease it with
butter. Pour the waffle batter and close and toast until they are
golden and crisp.
For Topping
Remove from the waffle maker top with a
dollop of cream cheese, some grated cheese when hot and garnish with fresh basil / mint leaves.
