Tandoori Pasta

Method

Prepare Tandoori marinade by combining hung curd, Tandoori spice powder, lemon juice, salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin and coriander powder & olive oil. Mix all together nicely.
Marinate all diced vegetables for 1 hour in fridge with the prepared marinade.
Cook pasta al dente.
Air fry marinated vegetables at 180 degrees for 4 minutes or these can also be pan fried.
Take a pan. Add olive oil, garlic, spring onion & onions. Then sauté for a minute, after which add Tandoori sauce, Tandoori spice powder, cumin coriander powder, vinegar and sauté for a minute.
Lastly add cooked pasta & air fried veggies. Combine everything well & serve hot 
 
Those who love cheese, can add grated cheese when the pasta is hot before serving, so it will melt.
