Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup of milk (almonds, oats or cow)
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup of frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of protein powder (optional)
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
