Chia seeds Milkshake

 Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of milk (your choice: almond, oat, cow’s, etc.)
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of protein powder (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine chia seeds with milk and let it sit for 15-30 minutes, or overnight for a thicker texture.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients (banana, berries, honey, protein powder, and ice cubes) to a blender.
  3. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture has a smooth texture.
  4. Pour the milkshake into glasses and enjoy immediately.
