Ingredients
sabudana 1 cup
boiled, peeled potatoes 3
salt to taste
ginger- green chili paste 1 tbsp
hing little
oil 1 tsp
ghee to cook
water if needed to bind dough
Preparations
Roast sabudana for a minute. Cool little and powder the sabudana, sieve it well, if need be powder again.
Keep aside 2 tbsp of flour to roll parathas
In a big bowl, add the flour, salt, grated potatoes, ginger-green chili paste, hing, mix well.
If need be add water to bind to a dough with oil, cover and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
Take a big ball of the dough, roll it into a thin paratha, heat a tawa
Cook the parathas till brown spots on both sides, smear some ghee to cook well,
Remove the parathas, serve hot with spice curd with cucumber or green chutney.
Prepare all the parathas in the same way.
