Ingredients
flour 200 gm
pdr sugar 30 gm
salt 2 gm
yeast 3 gm
egg 1
milk 130 ml
melted butter 20 gm
oil for frying
for sugar coating
pdr sugar 30 gm
water 15 ml
mix these two well to brush the fried donuts
Preparations
In a big bowl add flour, salt,pdr sugar, egg, yeast well.
Add milk, melted butter, mix well
cover and keep aside for an hour.
Heat oil, either put the batter in a piping bag and pipe small amounts in hot oil OR with your hands you can put small rounds in hot oil, fry till brown.
Once all donuts are fried, brush them with sugar solution, let them dry and serve.
These are mini bite size donuts.
