Peach Cinnamon Protein Milkshake

Ingredients  and Prep

vanilla protein pdr 2 scoops

ripe peach   1

milk 1 cup

Greek yogurt 1 small 5 oz container

spinach/ spring greens mix  1 cup

cinnamon toast crunch cereal 1/2 cup

ice cubes 4 / as needed 

Blend all together and enjoy this protein milk shake to keep you going till lunch
