Ingredients and Prep
Milk 1 liter,
condensed milk 200 ml, mix both well stirring
Add cornstarch 200 gm, mix well, add 1 tsp sugar mix well
Cook over medium flame stirring continuously till thick
Switch off the gas, keep stirring well for another 2 minutes
Add 20 gm butter, mix well
Peel and chop 2 apples after removing the core, put it in a bowl add lime juice 1 tsp, mix well
In a pan, caramelize 100 gm sugar, stirring well, once brown add 20 gm butter, stir well, it will bubble, be careful
Add the chopped apples, mix well and cook well stirring till apples are soft, add 20 gm cornstarch mix well
In a bowl, spread the prepared pudding, level, sprinkle desiccated coconut on top
Serve with prepared apples
