Ingredients and Prep
500 ml milk add
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Add condensed milk 200 ml whisk well
Add cornstarch 150 gm whisk well no lumps should be there
Add 500 ml more milk to this mixture and mix well
Cook over medium heat till the mixture thickens, stirring continuously
Once thick, remove add 20 gm butter and whisk well
Pour into a round dish, level the top, cover with cling film well
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours till set
In a pan add 200 gm mixed berries frozen add 50 gm sugar cook stirring till thick
Once the pudding is set, turn it upside down on a plate, cut into desired shapes.
Serve with milk pudding.
