Orange Pudding

 Ingredients and Prep.

milk 1 liter
condensed milk 200 ml, 
1 tsp orange zest, 
fresh orange juice 200 ml, strain and add to the boiling milk, 
add cornstarch  150 gm, mix constantly as you cook
 
as it gets thick, add about 50 gm butter, keep cooking  for another 2 minutes
pour into a glass bowl keep in the fridge to set
 
heat a pan add 150 gm sugar, caramelized it, when dark brown add 150 ml whipped cream, mix well, as it thickens, add orange zest add another 50 ml cream, cook till thick, add milk about 1/2 cup cook add another 1/2 cup cook till thick stirring continuously. remove strain

once the dessert is set decorate on top with coconut flakes and around, drizzle the caramalised cream on top and serve.
