Easy Home-made Cream cheese

 Ingredients and prep

milk 3 quarts /  2839.06 ml

 add ½ cup of vinegar

once it curdles well, strain it well, pressing down

add the cottage cheese to the blender adding little milk, 2 tbsp of butter and little salt, add more milk if needed, blend till smooth, put the mixture in  a container and keep it in the fridge to set.
