Bajra ladoo- healthy

Ingredients

Bjara flr  1 cup

Wheat flr   ½ cup ( optional)

Sesame seeds  2 tbsp

Ghee  1/3- ½ cup

Jaggery ¾ cup

Water  2-3 tbsp

Cardamom pdr  ½ tsp

Nuts chopped 2 tbsp

 Preparations

In 2-3 tbsp ghee, add both flours, roast on low flame till nice aroma comes, add sesame seeds and nuts, roast for another 3 minutes, remove

In a pan add gur, water 2-3 tbsp, cook till gur when dropped in water forms a ball, add cardamom pdr, mix well, pour over roasted flours, mix well adding remaining ghee

Once cool enough, grease your palms, and form small ladoos
