Ingredients and Prep.
In a pan add 170 gm butter, 8 gm vanilla sugar and pinch of salt, mix well, add
80 gm pdr sugar, mix well,
add 1 egg whisk well
Add 320 gm flour, mix well, knead the dough well
Wrap in cling film and roll it out to a thick square, cut into small pieces, roll the pieces into small balls
In a small bowl add 30 gm pdr sugar + ¼ tsp of cinnamon pdr mix well, dip only the top of the balls in sugar and layer in a butter paper on a tray, spread them, press with a mold to get a design, freeze for 15 minutes
Do the same with a the 2nd batch, press with another mold to get different pattern
Preheat an oven for 10 minutes.
Bake for 30 minutes @160 deg. C,
Remove,cool and store the cookies in an airtight container.
