soak 2 tbsp of black raisins in 1 cup water for an hour
add 1/2 tsp each of white & black sesame seeds
add another cup of water and blend all together well
drink this twice a week for strong bones
The recipes posted here are very simple, with no hard & fast rule, as I love to cook a variety but with ease. My dishes are such that it is nutritious & easy to cook.
